Vi jobbar med balans, kroppsuppfattning, avslappning, fokus och andning. Med sagor och ber\u00e4ttelser tar vi \u00e4ven del av yogans filosofi.<\/p>\n<h3>Barn\/ungdom, ca 10-14 \u00e5r<\/h3>\n<p>Vi jobbar med kroppsr\u00f6relser (asanas) tillsammans med andning (pranayama). Styrka, smidighet och balans tr\u00e4nas och medvetenheten om kroppsh\u00e5llningen st\u00e4rks. Vi jobbar med andetaget i r\u00f6relserna. Det \u00e4r lugnande och kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4ndas i skolan eller n\u00e4r det \u00e4r stressigt hemma. Vi tar ocks\u00e5 upp koncept om hur man kan hantera h\u00e4ndelser i livet ur yogans synvinkel. Detta p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som knyter an till ungdomars verklighet, t ex hur vi ser p\u00e5 oss sj\u00e4lva och v\u00e4rderar det vi g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<h3><strong>Prova-p\u00e5<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nVeckan innan kursstart har vi ett prova-p\u00e5-pass d\u00e4r alla \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att komma och prova yoga.
