Vi arbetar med mjuka r\u00f6relser och medveten andning som \u00f6kar cirkulationen i kroppen, ger oss \u00f6kad kroppsk\u00e4nnedom samt lugnar sinnet och hj\u00e4lper oss att lyssna p\u00e5 kroppens behov utan krav eller f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar. Vi arbetar \u00e4ven med avslappning och meditation som hj\u00e4lper oss att sl\u00e4ppa sp\u00e4nningar och oro f\u00f6r att ist\u00e4llet ge plats f\u00f6r tillit till v\u00e5r kropp och oss sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Efter genomg\u00e5ngen grundkurs kan man komma p\u00e5 drop-in p\u00e5 gravidyogan fram till f\u00f6rlossningen, och betala per tillf\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Efter f\u00f6rlossningen kan du forts\u00e4tta med yoga tillsammans med din bebis p\u00e5 v\u00e5r <a title=\"Mamma-bebis-yoga\" href=\"https:\/\/yogaskolan.org\/karlstad\/yogakurser\/mamma-bebis-yoga\/\">Mamma-bebis-yoga<\/a>.
