Vi tr\u00e4nar styrka, smidighet och balans och st\u00e4rker medvetenheten om kroppsh\u00e5llningen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vi jobbar st\u00e4ndigt med andetaget i r\u00f6relserna. Det \u00e4r lugnande och kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4ndas i skolan eller n\u00e4r det \u00e4r stressigt hemma. Vi tar ocks\u00e5 upp koncept om hur man kan hantera h\u00e4ndelser i livet ur yogans synvinkel.
