Under denna temadag kommer vi att ge extra fokus till yogans fysiska redskap som f\u00f6rutom styrka och smidighet ger oss balans och b\u00e4ttre kroppsuppfattning.<\/p>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r en god hj\u00e4lp f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla h\u00e4lsa och f\u00f6rebygga skador och oh\u00e4lsa. Yogans fysiska redskap hj\u00e4lper oss dessutom att slappna av och komma ner i varv. Vi tr\u00e4nar fokusering, medveten andning och avsp\u00e4nning.
