De h\u00e4r grupperna v\u00e4nder sig till dig med stress- och\/eller sm\u00e4rtproblematik. Grupperna passar bra b\u00e5de f\u00f6r dig som har begr\u00e4nsad r\u00f6rlighet och f\u00f6r dig som vill ha extra fokus p\u00e5 avsp\u00e4nning. Under lektionerna anv\u00e4nder vi mjuka f\u00f6rsiktiga r\u00f6relser, andning och avsp\u00e4nning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vi kan f\u00f6rebygga f\u00f6rslitningsskador genom att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra kroppsk\u00e4nnedomen, g\u00f6ra kroppen mjukare och starkare samt l\u00e4ra oss att slappna av. I dag finns dokumenterade positiva effekter av yoga bland annat g\u00e4llande rygg- och nackbesv\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5nga av \u00f6vningarna som l\u00e4rs ut p\u00e5 lektionerna \u00e4r enkla redskap som kan anv\u00e4ndas i vardagen. Sm\u00e5, enkla \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r att till exempel ge lindring \u00e5t sp\u00e4nda axlar och tr\u00f6tta ryggar, f\u00f6r att b\u00e4ttre hantera en stressig situation och f\u00f6r att somna b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nyb\u00f6rjarkursen h\u00e5lls torsdagar kl 16.30-17.30. Start ht -26<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Forts\u00e4ttningskursen h\u00e5lls tisdagar kl 16.30-17.30. 10 tillf\u00e4llen, 1400 kr. I forts\u00e4ttningsgruppen kan man \u00e4ven vara med digitalt vid behov.
